# combgames-tikz

Version 1.0, 2026-10-28.

TikZ boards for combinatorial games, including Domineering, Clobber,
Hackenbush, Hex, Amazons, Toads and Frogs, and Phutball.
Load with `\usepackage{combgames-tikz}`.

Install combgames-symbols as well: this package loads it automatically.
Other dependencies are iftex, expl3, xparse and PGF/TikZ.
For a local installation or Overleaf project, copy combgames-tikz.sty
and the runtime files listed in the combgames-symbols README.

See combgames-tikz-doc.pdf for commands, token tables and examples.
Run pdfLaTeX on combgames-tikz-doc.tex until references stabilize
(normally two or three runs) to rebuild it.

The development package was called cgt-board. Replace that name in
\usepackage with combgames-tikz. Board command names have not changed.

The manual's source-and-result format follows the combgames manual by
Aaron N. Siegel and David Wolfe. The Christmas-fixture examples refer to
Urban Larsson, Richard J. Nowakowski and Carlos P. Santos,
"A complete solution for a nontrivial ruleset with entailing moves":
